The Complete Chain of Composting Machinery

 

       SCREENS - Stationery or mobile, 3 drum sizes up to 5m wp754d753e.png length, in diesel or electric driven versions (for stationary models). Throughputs up to 75m3/hr. Any mesh from 4—40mm in readily interchangeable sections.

 

 

Stationary Screens - TS 1535, 1850 & 1860 - Units comprise feed hopper, wp04041622_0f.jpg feed conveyor and choice wpb0fa744a_0f.jpg of drum (3 sizes). Capacities up to 120m3/hr.  Two TS1850 configurations shown, basic unit on left and a “triple” on the right.

 

 

 

 

Mobile Screens - TR 1535, 1535T, 1850 & 1860 - wpd64b7cc8_0f.jpg Drum screens driven by hydraulic motors. Standard wpf54e8368_0f.jpg mesh size 25 x 25mm. Large capacity “wide-mouth” hopper feeds loading conveyor - screened compost and oversize discharged via side andrear conveyors respectively. Semi-trailer versions have slow-speed axle but highwayaxles also available. Drum lengths are 3.83, 5.36 and 6.26m and thru’put capacities 40, 100 and wp8c0b90b2.png 120m3/hr for the 1535, 1850 and 1860 models respectively. The TR 1535T is a PTO-driven version of the 1535.
